Welcome to James Shulkin Arts. Here you will find a selection of  3D mixed media sculptures featuring people and animals in a style reminiscent of American folk art. Most of my art reflects the qualities I admire in the women in my life -- kindness, beauty, strength, femininity, warmth, resilience, joy, compassion, hopefulness and love without boundaries. Many pieces are accompanied by messages that are empowering, inspirational, and celebratory. I also enjoy creating sculptures of the animals in our lives, illustrating the characteristics that make them so endearing. My goal with every piece is to create a unique object that brings you as the viewer and me as the artist, a bit of joy.
